I want to report a serious concern with Build & Products Surabaya's membership that I purchased on April 11, 1990 from your Jamilton, Iowa store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Domenick G., but my issue remains unresolved.
