I am writing regarding order #ORD-2297-WUQ-7975 placed with Build & Products Surabaya on May 23, 1995. I paid $298.58 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Estel T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 23, 2025 05:56After my initial complaint, Build & Products Surabaya contacted me to troubleshoot the wireless speaker. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
