I have been a loyal customer of Resort at Classic for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-6439-FYT-4756) on February 3, 1985, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm updating my complaint because Resort at Classic finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the sweater, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
