I want to report a serious concern with Mega Build Industries Ltd.'s software that I purchased on October 21, 2022 from your South Albinview, Louisiana store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Sally Y., but my issue remains unresolved.

I've received an email from Barbara Moore at Mega Build Industries Ltd. offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The wireless speaker was clearly defective from the start.
