I am writing regarding order #ORD-3119-HQQ-6517 placed with Mega Build Industries Ltd. on August 20, 1977. I paid $471.94 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Viviane O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
