Frustrated with Mega Build Industries Ltd.'s lack of response

I want to report a serious concern with Mega Build Industries Ltd.'s application that I purchased on August 16, 1986 from your Olsonchester, Vermont store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Oren K., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 04, 2025 06:09After my initial complaint, Mega Build Industries Ltd. contacted me to troubleshoot the headphones. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
