On April 16, 1975, I signed up for Assembly Solutions's upgrade service at their O'Konchester, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $677.38, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ruthe J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
