I want to report a serious concern with Classic Lodge Hotels's solution that I purchased on July 18, 1987 from your North Winifredchester, District of Columbia store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alyce Z., but my issue remains unresolved.

I want to acknowledge that Classic Lodge Hotels has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $87.54 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $87.54 for a handbag that never worked properly.
