I am writing regarding order #ORD-2285-JKI-2341 placed with Classic Lodge Hotels on May 9, 1982. I paid $718.79 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Judd Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
