I am writing regarding order #ORD-1422-FJH-9031 placed with Reliable Builders Solutions on November 13, 1996. I paid $894.32 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Carolanne H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
