On September 23, 1993, I signed up for Design Contractors Okayama Ltd.'s installation service at their Eleonorechester, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $899.92, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Thurman U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
