I purchased a service from Machine & Enterprises on March 29, 2004. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Oleta F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $472.47 refund only covers part of what I paid for the training session, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
