I have been a loyal customer of RoyalMoney for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-7854-EVN-1772) on June 10, 2001, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
