Unresolved issue with The Serene Haven product

I have been a loyal customer of The Serene Haven for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-3966-LAF-3582) on June 22, 1994, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 13, 2025 05:49I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The formal shoes from The Serene Haven not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
