I have been a loyal customer of The Serene Haven for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-3966-LAF-3582) on June 22, 1994, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The formal shoes from The Serene Haven not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
