I have been a loyal customer of Master-Machine Saint-Étienne for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-6109-XWO-1099) on September 15, 2016, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Master-Machine Saint-Étienne reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement gaming console has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
