I purchased a subscription from Advanced Machine Engineering Ltd. on July 31, 1982. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sophie F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
