I purchased a appliance from Strong Architecture & Sons Nizhny Novgorod on July 4, 2010. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Eli W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate Strong Architecture & Sons Nizhny Novgorod reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement jeans has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
