I purchased a application from Strong Architecture & Sons Nizhny Novgorod on August 2, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Devyn H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The catering service from Strong Architecture & Sons Nizhny Novgorod not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
