I am writing regarding order #ORD-5757-JIV-7877 placed with Projects Bros Corp. on February 8, 1985. I paid $994.12 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Oswald Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
