I want to report a serious concern with Components Corporation's equipment that I purchased on February 14, 1995 from your Fernbury, California store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Violette J., but my issue remains unresolved.
