Complaint Details

On June 16, 2014, I signed up for Components Corporation's premium plan at their Betsychester, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $202.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lourdes V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate Components Corporation reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement laptop has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
