I want to report a serious concern with Components Corporation's subscription that I purchased on December 11, 2001 from your North Larrymouth, New York store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ansel S., but my issue remains unresolved.
