On August 28, 2017, I signed up for Diamond Resort Services Villeurbanne's warranty service at their East Hayleeburgh, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $647.94, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kale E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
