Poor customer service experience with Allied Equity Solutions Palma Enterprises

I have been a loyal customer of Allied Equity Solutions Palma Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-4250-ZCK-8715) on February 13, 2006, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 04, 2025 05:13I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The wireless speaker from Allied Equity Solutions Palma Enterprises not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
