On June 28, 1984, I signed up for Heritage Fiscal's consultation at their Lake Billie, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $873.58, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kirk N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Heritage Fiscal called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
