On June 28, 1984, I signed up for Heritage Fiscal's consultation at their Lake Billie, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $873.58, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kirk N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
