Refund refused by Heritage Fiscal
Complaint Details
On September 20, 1979, I signed up for Heritage Fiscal's warranty service at their West Urban, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $666.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Donato G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
