On November 8, 2009, I signed up for Superior Manufacturing International's technical assistance at their Parkerfurt, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $62.85, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cayla Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 12, 2025 05:12I've received an email from Linda Robinson at Superior Manufacturing International offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The smartwatch was clearly defective from the start.
