On May 22, 1989, I signed up for Elite Builders's exchange program at their Port Gianni, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $852.96, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kelsi G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
