Unresolved issue with Elite Builders product

I purchased a equipment from Elite Builders on January 10, 2014. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Will H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 22, 2025 05:13After my initial complaint, Elite Builders contacted me to troubleshoot the specialty coffee. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
