I am writing regarding order #ORD-8658-CRT-9932 placed with Suites Getaways on May 24, 2022. I paid $807.67 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Elinor C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
