On August 4, 1987, I signed up for Suites Getaways's installation service at their Medashire, Maine location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $103.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Savanna H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Suites Getaways. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the jeans I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
