I'm writing to complain about the setup assistance I received from Manufacturing & Systems. After paying $333.97 for application, I found that it arrived significantly late. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Alvena K., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Apr 28, 2025 05:44Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $16.91 refund only covers part of what I paid for the personal shopping service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
