I have been a loyal customer of Tech & Engineering Campinas for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-3292-MDK-6256) on April 28, 1978, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 04, 2025 05:50After my initial complaint, Tech & Engineering Campinas contacted me to troubleshoot the smartwatch. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
