Misleading advertising by Allied & Management Group

I want to report a serious concern with Allied & Management Group's appliance that I purchased on September 18, 2006 from your South Aurelioside, District of Columbia store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Anderson Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
