Unresolved issue with Allied & Management Group product
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with Allied & Management Group's membership that I purchased on January 21, 2001 from your Port Frederick, New Jersey store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Guillermo Q., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 12, 2025 05:30It's now been 14 days since my initial complaint, and Allied & Management Group still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their premium account.
