I am writing regarding order #ORD-4453-NJN-5743 placed with Allied & Management Group on March 26, 1996. I paid $275.1 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Emilia S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
