I purchased a platform from Expert Engineering Specialists Wuppertal on June 26, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Zola Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
