I have been a loyal customer of Crystal Accommodations International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-8816-TJW-4463) on May 14, 2025, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After speaking with Avery Thompson from the Technical Support at Crystal Accommodations International, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
