Unsatisfactory resolution from Crystal Accommodations International

I have been a loyal customer of Crystal Accommodations International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-8904-WKV-5542) on August 30, 1980, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 15, 2025 06:07After speaking with Jessica Anderson from the Resolution Center at Crystal Accommodations International, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
