I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from Build Works. After paying $869.66 for unit, I found that it was damaged upon delivery. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Adela Q., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $259.70 refund only covers part of what I paid for the loyalty program, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
