I am writing regarding order #ORD-4335-YWA-6884 placed with Build Works on October 13, 1989. I paid $717.87 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lucious M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
