Hidden fees discovered from Pinnacle & Group

I want to report a serious concern with Pinnacle & Group's device that I purchased on September 23, 1998 from your Fredrickside, Hawaii store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Sabina V., but my issue remains unresolved.
