I want to report a serious concern with Pinnacle & Group's device that I purchased on September 23, 1998 from your Fredrickside, Hawaii store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Sabina V., but my issue remains unresolved.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Pinnacle & Group called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
