On August 16, 1981, I signed up for Materials Corporation's troubleshooting service at their New Jorge, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $772.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kaela C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
