I have been a loyal customer of Materials Corporation for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-1652-FAD-8757) on December 26, 1981, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 11, 2025 06:03I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The laptop from Materials Corporation not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
