I am writing regarding order #ORD-2756-QAJ-8304 placed with Pro-Construction on March 27, 1996. I paid $59.68 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Shea W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that Pro-Construction has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $450.48 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $450.48 for a sweater that never worked properly.
