False promises made by Money Services representative

I purchased a equipment from Money Services on June 19, 1992. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Eveline C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 19, 2025 05:59I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The tablet from Money Services not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
