I am writing regarding order #ORD-6175-RGJ-3677 placed with Industrial Works Enterprises on June 17, 2007. I paid $61.66 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Zane K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
