On April 7, 1970, I signed up for Architecture Builders's customer support at their Ritchieborough, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $154.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Giles V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Architecture Builders, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my blender. This is extremely frustrating.
