I want to report a serious concern with Solid Build & Sons's device that I purchased on January 18, 2017 from your Lake Dovieborough, Virginia store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kayli N., but my issue remains unresolved.
