I'm writing to complain about the troubleshooting service I received from Global Fund Ltd.. After paying $169.6 for accessory, I found that it has a manufacturing defect. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Linda V., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
